However, just because someone makes more money than me and owns a fabulous and expensive sports car, doesn't mean it's fair and even to say he has to trade it for my old crappy car Plus a CA player can just whip up a stone mason, produce what they need and demolish it again at the same cost as BA player, and save the porcelain for the Paper they need I have seen the argument "But you also earn more resources, so to a CA player 5 porcelain is the same value as to a BA player 5 stone". In addition to production costs one also has to factor in the population requirements getting higher as we progress to higher ages, as well as the building costs to put down those buildings. ![]() (and less hassle with having to trade for 4 goods instead of only 3) And from several comments I have seen, people prefer to build both buildings they have for the age, despite one being smaller, so they have more security should one of the goods be more common / less desired at certain moments. As far as I have seen, everyone produces the goods they have the deposits on the map (quite obvious why I think).
